She was born in Holargos, Attica and comes from Arta. She studied Philology at the University of Ioannina. Counseling and vocational guidance at ASPETE.  She has knowledge of braille writing. She has attended annual seminars in problem and behavior management in the classroom and special education. She continues her postgraduate studies in The Management of Health Units of the International Hellenic University.

She worked as a career consultant at Tech lab of Arta and since 2018 she has been working at the Multipurpose Regional Clinic of Megisti as an administrative employee.
